What is Kogan First?
Kogan First is a customer loyalty program established by Kogan which enables consumers to access several exclusive member benefits. This includes discounted prices and other specials such as Rewards Credit.
Kogan First discounts are independent of other price reductions you may choose to offer to the general Kogan customer base through your Kogan Marketplace store.
What are the benefits of offering Kogan First discounts?
How can sellers set up Kogan First discounts?
There are two ways in which discounts can be set—and sellers may choose to use a combination of the two.

You may set up discounted prices at a product level using the ‘Kogan First Price’ field within your integration

A blanket discount percentage rule can be applied to your store
If you choose to set up a blanket rule, but also want to manage Kogan First discounts at a product level for some SKUs, we will apply the largest discount of the two.
Are there minimum discount requirements?
To ensure that Kogan First members receive a genuine discount as part of their participation in the program, the discount must be the greater of $2 or 3% off the non-member product price to be eligible.
If the discount does not meet this eligibility criteria, the product will still be listed at a discounted price but without the Kogan First badge.
